Shipping policy
Our products are sold "ex warehouse" Mississauga, ON.
Please contact us at info@sunhaus.ca to arrange for a pick-up time. You must supply proof of purchase at time of pick-up. It is your responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise when you take possession. You must report any irregularities immediately.
If you choose to have merchandise shipped to you than we are making an independent Canadian carrier available who is familiar with transporting our goods. You will be charged according to regional rates. In the shopping cart click on the button "Shipping will be billed separately using postal code" in order to check out. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping - watch your email for more information.
The validity of the delivery address and telephone number is your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
It is your responsibility to verify the condition of all packages received at the moment of delivery. You must report any irregularities on the shipping document.
